Materials Methods: Drug excipient compatibility study performed using FT-IR. Preliminary trial done screening plasticizer concentrations. combined influence two independent variables, namely concentration cellulose, on dependent tensile strength cumulative % drug release at 24 hr, examined 32 full factorial design. Patches were evaluated physicochemical parameters. Results: revealed excipients are compatible with each other. optimized (C0) showed 2.56 kg/cm2, percentage HCl, curcuminoids hr 94.02%, 64.66%, 94.21%, respectively. Tensile increased an amount Ethyl increases, decreased concentrations raised. Conclusion: Optimized had shown good physico-chemical mechanical properties. research shows developed has potential be useful replacement present medications in market.
